Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the purchase date. If the 3 days from purchase on our website date are over, then you are no longer eligible for a refund.
A receipt of purchase must be submitted in order to be eligible for a refund.

As soon as we have received your request for a refund and evaluated it, an e-mail will be sent to you verifying that we have evaluated your request and you will be informed whether it is confirmed or declined. If the refund is acceptable, it will be done only through Original Mode of Payment in a specified number of days.
If the specified amount of days for the refund has passed and you did not receive the refund, firstly confirm that verily your funds have not been transferred back one more time, then contact your bank, because in some instances the transfer of funds might require an additional few days to be officially transferred.
